Gas Profits

One company made 9 billion in profits

While another made 7.3 billion in profits

TTC workers on strike

Legislated back to work ‘Essential service”

Why is that? Because it seriously affects the economy? That’s obviouis. So why does the Gov’t allow such high gas prices? Does that not affect the economy as well? See the difference I noticed is that the Gov’t doesn’t make any significant money and really looses when there is such a disruption. This seems sooo short sighted. I had read that the average person spent $1000 more last year in gas (gee, wonder if that helped with the billions in profit….). Do they not see that $1000 is NOT going into the general economy? Sure the Gov’t is making more but the ‘small guy’ suffers. The extra cost in gas is incredibly insideous because it’s small increments.

The population just takes this all like the sheep that they are. They don’t question, they don’t second guess, they just don’t think.

I am fortunate enough to know people who are looking beyond such Gov’t bullshit. They push technology that has been hushed by $9-billion profit making companies. Such things as solar and wind are common and produce such little energy that the oil companies don’t care. You start talking about hydrogen generators or thermal catalytic cracking and the big bad oil people are all over it. People who invent such devices are threatened, bought out or simply killed. They have a lot to protect and care nothing for anything except their shareholders.

So keep on paying the rising cost of gas or get off you ass and do something about it. Get on over to websites like http://www.mpgresearh.com or http://www.fueleconomuytips.com to learn even a few basic tricks to help out everything from your pocketbook to they environment.
