There were these chairs that had plugs on the front of their arms. Presumably so that you can plug something in (like a laptop or hair drier…) while sitting in them. I guess they are called Smart Chairs. Well, grabbed one of their pillows and had someone take a pic. it got a good laugh.

That’s right, the sweet and oh-so-innocent-looking DragonDon that you know has, in his possession, some Cocaine.  Lemme tell ya, it tastes great!  I had heard all kinds of stories about how bad it was from Jason Scott.  When they were giving out free samples from the sponsor, I grabbed not one, but two!  I figured I just had to try it after all the talk and ‘adult warnings’ but after trying it, now I have to find a way to get some more :)

I wisely decided NOT to declare to the border guards I was bringing back some Cocaine.  You know, it’s easier to keep it simple and well, if they searched, I’d do my best to explain that I simply got it for free and that there was no harm in trying.  Hell, I’m not selling!

So, I am on a quest to find a local supplier.  Failing that, I’ll be doing some importing from across the border….along with our missing Cherry Coke!  Dammit, Cocke…bring it back!

Sunday was pretty boring, relatively speaking of course.

Breakfast was annoyingly late.  Went there with Fireshadow(I think that’s his nick…Jacob) and we both ordered at the same time.  He got his full order and I only got my toast.  By the time I got the bulk of my food, Jacob was done his and of course,  my toast was cold.  Yeah….not a big tip left then.  Heard later that they had run out of pretty much everything breakfast-related and some lunch stuff was getting scarce.

There was the wind-down discussion and prize handing out from the Demoparty votes.

I grabbed a bunch of free stuff, two cans of Cocaine (one for me to try, the other to torture some poor unsuspecting friend…), a couple of books from No Starch Press.

We finally got on the road about 3pm and made it back about 7:45ish.

The drive back was not too bad.  I was at the back of the van and I find that most people don’t project their voice enough for me to hear, add in  pair of 6×9′s playing some music and it was quite the strain to hear Myrcurial at the front.  Ah well, we all shared stories, good and bad, and it was a pleasant trip all around.  Would definitely do it again.
